DYCE Connector for Jira is a comprehensive integration platform for synchronizing Business Central data with Jira. It bridges the gap between your Business Central and project management workflows, enabling seamless, automated data synchronization between the two systems with full control over what gets synchronized and when.

Features​

  • Customer and Contact synchronization
    Out of the box, DYCE Connector for Jira supports synchronizing Customers and Contacts from Business Central to Jira organizations and Jira customers. Sync status and the linked Jira ID are displayed directly on the Customer and Contact cards.

  • Flexible entity and field mapping
    Define exactly which fields are transferred for which Jira entity. Both Jira standard fields and detail fields are supported, so that you have full control over the data structure on the Jira page.

  • Automatic activation
    Synchronization can be triggered automatically based on configurable rules. Rules evaluate record events and can check specific field changes, so only relevant records are queued.

  • Automatic assignment to Jira spaces
    Newly created Jira organizations as well as Jira customers can be automatically added to one or more Jira spaces. A filter can be configured per space so that only customers or contacts matching specific criteria, such as a customer group or country, are assigned. This keeps your Jira spaces organized without any manual steps.

  • Delta synchronization
    When a record is modified, only the changed fields are included in the synchronization payload. This minimizes API calls and keeps the integration efficient, even in environments with high data volumes.

  • Asynchronous message queue
    Integration messages are processed asynchronously via a built-in message queue. Each message is tracked with a status and can be retried automatically after a configurable delay if processing fails.
