Welcome to DYCE Smart Workflow Tool

With DYCE Smart Workflow Tool, users can categorize documents by assigning a workflow and setting a status based on that workflow. Both the workflow and the status can be used for filtering and grouping. A specific document can be forwarded to another team or department by setting a corresponding status, which this team then filters on. Setting a specific status can also trigger an action, such as releasing the document. In addition, a flow can be started using integration with Power Automate.

Collaboration with DYCE Cockpit​

Collaboration with DYCE Cockpit enables the combined use of workflows and the clustering of documents on the one hand and the display of documents with the corresponding status in the user's personal Role Center on the other.

Supported versions​

This app supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
