DYCE Usage Based Billing is updated at frequent intervals and is always compatible with current and upcoming versions of Business Central. Relevant changes are described individually in the Release Notes. To filter for a specific app, the corresponding tag can be used. It is also possible to subscribe to information on updates as an RSS feed.

First, a Usage Data Supplier is set up and a matching import schema for related usage data is created via the Data Exchange Definitions. This will be linked to the Usage Data Supplier.

📄️ Billing
In principle, all usage data per contract line or Service Commitments are added together when billing. They form the basis for billing. Contract lines whose Service Commitments are marked as Usage Based Billing=Yes, but for which no usage data is available, are accordingly not taken into account when invoicing.
📄️ Pricing and Billing
The use of DYCE Usage Based Billing is charged as a fixed monthly fee. However, in advance it is possible to test the full functionality for a limited time. Please refer to the DYCE Usage Based Billing website for current pricing. Regardless of this, the pricing is based on the claim to make it as fair as possible. This includes, above all, only charging for the actual benefit or added value. Since the app is an extension of DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing, only the additional functionality should be the basis for billing.
