📄️ Welcome
Importing and processing supplier price lists into the ERP system requires a high level of accuracy for both new items and existing items. By automatically updating the purchase prices of catalog items and items, all steps can be done centralized. The creation of various import templates provides the necessary flexibility to import different price lists from multiple suppliers.
📄️ Changelog
DYCE Price List Import is updated as needed and is always compatible with current and upcoming versions of Business Central. Relevant changes are described individually in the Release Notes. To filter for a specific app, the corresponding tag can be used. It is also possible to subscribe to information on updates as an RSS feed.
📄️ Setup
DYCE Price List Import allows you to import price lists from different vendors into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central very easily. The price list can be filtered during import and individual fields can be filled or replaced with specified values. The filter and field mapping are defined in an Import Template. A template can be created for each supplier and price list. This allows to process different, extensive price lists with just a few clicks. The import templates are Data Exchange Definitions.
📄️ Import Price List
In the Import Price List page, price lists can be imported and processed. All imported lines are displayed and can be edited before further processing. The purchase and unit prices in Catalog items and items are updated with the Process Price List action.
📄️ Pricing and Billing
The use of DYCE Price List Import is charged as a fixed monthly fee. It is possible to test the full range of functions for an unlimited period of time in advance. However, this only applies to sandbox environments for Business Central. Use in a productive environment automatically results in billing. Please refer to the DYCE Price List Import website for current pricing. Regardless of this, the pricing is based on the claim to make it as fair as possible. This includes, above all, only charging for the actual benefit or added value.
