If you think the features and included apps can be put to good use in your business, then the DYCE IT-Business Toolkit is for you.

Work more efficiently and customer-centred – thanks to DYCE

The app significantly extends the Business Central standard. For example, it allows you to create a purchase order which is automatically linked to a sales order. You also have the option of conveniently importing different supplier configurations into your quote as well as creating individual payment plans for your customers.

Features of IT-Business Toolkit

Use Cases

For many sales quotes, supplier offers are obtained first. Often these offers are available in the form of a configuration ( e.g. server configuration - comparable to the configuration of a car). Converting these configurations into a customer quotation is time-consuming: Line by line, the items must be entered in the quotation and, if necessary, first created, or an item line receives a great deal of additional information that must be entered manually as text. If the supplier configuration changes, changing the quotation is therefore also very time-consuming and error-prone.
These offers / configurations often have a special project price granted by the manufacturer. This is stored with the supplier in the form of a special condition. So that these special conditions take effect with the order, the special condition (in the form of a number) must be indicated. This can easily be forgotten during the ordering process and the special conditions may then not be applied to the order.
In addition, this type of quotation often does not use fixed item prices, but adds a margin. This is not possible in Business Central Standard.
A special type of payment conditions is the use of a payment plan, which, for example, stipulates that an invoice is only issued once certain milestones have been reached - regardless of the services actually provided. However, Business Central Standard can only work with manual prepayments, or split a total invoice into several partial payments. Payment plans are not part of the Business Central Standard functionality.
