Features​

  • Compatibility and support for Microsoft Subscription Billing:
    • New options Begin-Total and End-Total in Grouping allow the creation of subtotals in sales documents. The amounts between Begin- and End-Total will be summed up and can be printed.
    • The layouts for DYCE Easy Bundle Seller and DYCE Essentials no longer suppress printing sales lines with zero quantity in invoices and credit memos but use the Business Central standard functionality (using the option in the request page for hiding lines with zero quantity).

DYCE Project Billing 2025.7.0.0​

Features​

  • Generate resource capacities with Person Resource Defaults for accurate planning. It enables reliable analysis of time tracking completeness and team performance using actual availability.
  • Original and Remaining Estimate allows entering estimates with units of time (m for minutes, h for hours, d for days). The estimates are displayed in the selected Quantity Display Format (see Projects Setup).
  • Re-order and group fields in the Work Order card to increase readability.
  • Change Work Orders list to a tree view, to prepare working with Billing Work Order and assigned Work Orders.
  • List of Work Orders can be called from projects. Work Orders can be created, edited and deleted in the overview.
  • Action Move Time Recordings filters for the Sell-to Customer of the current project.
  • Enhanced data integrity in DYCE Project Billing by automatically handling dependent entities when deleting master data (Resources, Work Order Locations, etc.) through clearing references, deleting dependent records, or preventing deletion with meaningful error messages to eliminate data consistency issues in the DYCE Sync app.

  • Data and permissions from DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing and DYCE Usage Based Billing can be migrated to Microsoft Subscription Billing. The WORD layouts adapted for Microsoft Subscription Billing will be provided in one of the next hotfix releases. Further information can be found in the documentation for DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing. Therefore minimum requirement changed to Business Central 2025 release wave 1, Update 3 (BC26.3).
  • It is possible to select Responsibility Centers in the Contract Renewal Quote/Order.
