DYCE Job Billing is updated at frequent intervals and is always compatible with current and upcoming versions of Business Central. Relevant changes are described individually in the Release Notes. To filter for a specific app, the corresponding tag can be used. It is also possible to subscribe to information on updates as an RSS feed.

📄️ Time Recording
Time Recordings can be easily created through DYCE Job Billing. However, the app is not designed to create all Time Recordings directly in the app. Rather, the app is optimized for releasing, posting and billing Time Recordings.

📄️ Posting Documents
Invoices and Credit Memos are called Posting Documents because these documents can be posted. When creating these documents via Job Billing, the system recognizes whether an invoice or a credit memo is to be created based on the underlying Job Planning Lines. This applies to Job Tasks both with and without a link to a Sales Order.
📄️ Cancellation
Time Recordings that have already been posted cannot be edited. In order to correct a posted Time Recording, it has to be cancelled. In the case of cancelling a Time Recording, a distinction must be made as to whether the related Job Planning Line has already been invoiced. If it has been invoiced, the cancellation can only be performed in the posted Sales Invoice and a Credit Memo must be created.
📄️ Bundles
Bundles can be used in Sales Quotes and in Sales Orders. They are a combination of individual components into a standalone product. In addition, formatting can be used to control what content and how that content is printed on print documents. Bundles and formatting are part of the DYCE Easy Bundle Seller app, which is included with DYCE Job Billing.

The use of DYCE Job Billing is billed based on usage. However, it is possible to test the full functionality for a limited time in advance. Please refer to the DYCE Job Billing website for current pricing. Regardless of this, the pricing is based on the claim to make it as fair as possible. This includes, above all, only charging for the actual benefit or added value.
