Create items

The Create item(s) action is used to create items from Catalog Items via batch. The action is located in the Home menu on the page Catalog Items. When executed, items are created for all selected Catalog Items.
To ensure that the action can be executed without errors, at least the following fields must be filled in the Catalog Item:

  • Vendor No.
  • Vendor Item No.
  • Item Template Code

If these fields are not filled, the execution of the batch is interrupted and no item is created. In essence, if for one of the selected Catalog Items an entry is missing in one of the three fields, no item will not be created for any of the selected Catalog Items.
