Permissions

This section deals with the permission sets supplied. To review the permissions included in the permission sets in detail, please open the Permission Sets page (Alt+Q) and then call the Permissions action.

DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing​

The following three permission sets are included with the app:

  • DYCECONTRACTSALL (DYCE SRB Read)
    This permission set can be assigned to all users. It contains read-only permissions to app-specific data.
  • DYCECONTRACTSUSER (DYCE SRB Edit)
    This permission set is for all users working with Service Commitments, Service Objects and Contracts. In addition, Billing Proposals can be created for contracts via Recurring Billing page. However, setting up, creating, and editing Service Commitment Templates and Service Commitment Packages is not intended with these permissions.
  • DYCECONTRACTSADMIN (DYCE SRB Admin)
    This permission set is designed for administrators and power users who should additionally be able to create and delete Service Commitment Templates and Service Commitment Packages and customize Setup. The permission sets build on each other and contain the respective underlying set.

More DYCE Apps​

Along with DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing, the apps DYCE Essentials and DYCE Easy Bundle Seller are installed. This will provide cross-app functionality such as Bundles, a Print Preview or the Report Configurations.

Three permission sets are included with the app:

  • DYCEESSENTIALSALL (DYCE Essentials All)
    This permission set can be assigned to all users. It includes read-only permissions to app-specific data.
  • DYCEESSENTIALSUSER (DYCE Essentials Users)
    This permission set is for all users working with Bundles.
  • DYCEESSENTIALSADMIN (DYCE Essentials Admin)
    This permission set is designed for Administrators and Power Users who should additionally be able to create, customize and delete Report Configurations.
