Fixes and Features for Time Tracking

Features
- DYCE Time Tracking for Jira now supports business projects in the Jira Connect and Forge apps, in addition to software and service management projects. Business projects use the same space assignment as software projects, and any unrecognised project type now falls back to the software behaviour.
Fixes
- Fixed a single-line Work Order with an Open budget type initializing a new time recording with the wrong customer and project when the line's project differed from the Work Order's. The customer and project are now taken from the Work Order line.
- Fixed back-navigation in the time recording list being broken when a time recording form was open with invalid data. Navigation back now works even while the open form still contains validation errors.
General
Fixes
- DYCE Connect now guides users to the areas they can access when starting the app. Users who have a role but no assigned resource (for example administrators, or users with only the Planning role) are no longer blocked by a "no resource" or "page not found" error. When only one area is available, that area is opened directly; when several are available, an app selector is shown. (SD-346)
