Updates for DYCE apps available for download via AppSource

DYCE IT-Business Toolkit 2025.6.3.0​

Fixes​

  • When copying the Payment Plan Step (action Copy Step on the Payment Plan Step page), the document no. of the invoice is no longer taken into account (IC251801).
  • Extension and correction of automated tests.

DYCE Prepaid Services 2025.6.3.0​

Fixes​

  • The Prepaid Service Statement report for partial periods now correctly displays the starting and ending balance (IC251884).

DYCE Project Billing 2025.6.3.0​

Feature​

  • All released time recordings can now be posted in the job queue using Report 70920909 "Post Time Recordings" (IC251491). If a time recording cannot be posted (e.g., due to an existing credit memo), it will be skipped.

Fixes​

  • When closing the page Cancel Service, the field Cancel will only be reset for the time recordings displayed in the page (IC252016).
  • Absences can no longer overlap. Absences with the status Deleted and Canceled are not considered during the check (IC251999).
  • When a Project Ledger Entry (Usage) has no Service Billing Type, it will not be considered for invoiced shares to avoid wrong calculations and issues with the report (Preliminary Invoiced Shares will be set = no) (IC250640).
  • Work order events are deleted when the work order is deleted. The link in time recordings is also removed (IC252001).

DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing 2025.6.3.0​

Extensibility​

  • Codeunit DYCESRBPriceUpdateManagement (70920709) is no longer fully internal, allowing for extensions.

Fixes​

  • When printing a sales quote, the correct amounts for recurring services per billing rhythm are displayed (IC252019).

DYCE Time Tracking​

Fixes​

  • In new time recordings, the Start Time is now pre-filled again with the End Time of a previous time recording on the same day.
  • The date selection for time tracking on work order events on the Tasks page is now correctly displayed next to the task.

Features​

  • In the Time Tracking Calendar, it is now possible to create time recordings for all-day Outlook appointments and Work Order Events.

DYCE Project & Resource Planning​

Fixes​

  • In the Work Order Calendar, Work Orders can be immediately assigned to newly displayed resources (e.g., after changing filters) without reloading the page.
  • Dragging and dropping Work Order Events in the calendar now works reliably when changes are made in quick succession.

Features​

  • The speed of displaying Work Order Events in the calendar has been optimized. Switching between days and different zoom levels is now smoother.

DYCE Time Tracking & DYCE Project & Resource Planning​

Features​

  • Absences with the status Deleted and Canceled are no longer considered for capacity calculation and are no longer displayed in the calendars.
  • In date fields, letter abbreviations are now accepted in the English UI: t for today, as well as mo, tu, we, th, fr, sa, su for the respective day of the current week.

Fixes​

  • On the Work Order Card, projects with the status "Completed" can no longer be selected. Already selected completed projects are marked with an icon to indicate their status.
  • On the Work Order Card, only project tasks with the status "Open" can be selected. Already selected tasks with a different status are also marked with an icon.
  • Field changes on the Work Order Card are no longer overwritten when changes are made to multiple fields in quick succession.
  • Field changes on the Work Order Card are saved without prompting when the user closes the card immediately after an edit.
