Fixes and Features for Time Tracking and Project & Resource Planning

DYCE Time Tracking

Editing a time recording's Duration back to its original value now also restores the billable duration, which previously stayed stuck at the intermediate value. (SD-515)
Fixed a crash ("Something went wrong") that could occur when creating an absence while the browser's automatic page translation was active. The affected dialog is now excluded from automatic and manual browser translation. (SD-521)
Entering a Work Order number that does not exist in a time recording no longer triggers an error, and now behaves like entering an invalid project or customer.

Time recording is now blocked for locked Work Orders. In Fast Tracking the entry fields are replaced by a note that the Work Order is locked, and in the Work Log the Edit and Delete actions are disabled for those recordings.

Fixed the Remaining Budget showing as empty when a Work Order line was selected while creating a budget line. (SD-489)
Fixed the keyboard tab order in the time recording form so that focus now moves from Duration to the Activity field.

On the project's People tab, the Assigned work days column has been replaced by a Total effort column that converts and scales effort correctly across different units. Previously the value was shown as a raw duration mislabeled as days, without applying the project's hours per day or the line's effort. (SD-62, SD-490, SD-522)
The Duration column no longer gets stuck on a value that cannot be shown as a whole number in weeks or months; such values are now displayed in days.
A confirmation prompt is now shown before a project task is deleted.

Fixed missing English captions in the DYCE Connect Setup wizard. (SD-537)
