Fixes and Features for Time Tracking and Project & Resource Planning

DYCE Time Tracking​

Features​

  • A new Additional Service picker on the time recording form lets you add a flat-fee add-on (e.g. a travel flat rate) to a time recording. The picker is enabled once a project is selected and is restricted to the Additional Services of that project.
  • Time recordings can now end on the day after they start, so a recording that runs past midnight (e.g. 23:00–04:00) can be saved.

Fixes​

  • In Jira Connect Fast Tracking, the activity suggestions for a Work Order with an Open budget type are now filtered to the selected job and job task instead of listing all activities of the job.
  • Deleting the Jira Connect client key no longer removes the existing company and instance assignments — they are now preserved when a new client key is set afterwards.
  • Fixed time recordings with an end time at midnight being filled with a date one day too early during editing, which triggered validation errors when saving or changing the date.

Fixes​

  • Fixed the Remaining Budget showing incorrect (often negative) values for Time & Material budgets after time recordings had been posted. The value is now correct in both the Time Tracking budget panel and the Project & Resource Planning planning grid. (SD-358)
