Fixes and features for Easy Bundle Seller, Essentials, IT-Business Toolkit, Prepaid Services, Project Billing and Recurring Prepaid Services.

DYCE Easy Bundle Seller 2026.8.1.0

A bundle's price and amount are now recalculated when Prices Including VAT is set on the sales document; the Line Amount Excl. VAT and Unit Price Excl. VAT fields on Edit Bundle switch to Line Amount Incl. VAT and Unit Price Incl. VAT accordingly. (SD-68)

The Detailed Overview now references its own posted Sales Invoice when multiple invoices are printed at the same time with the RDL layout, instead of picking up the invoice number of the next invoice in the batch. (SD-478)
The VAT specification table on the DYCE Sales Invoice (RDL) layout no longer overlaps the invoice lines, totals or the partial-payment status line on longer invoices; it now always prints below them and moves to the next page together with the totals.

New publishers and access to functions/objects: FindSalesLineUnitCostOnBeforeCalculateUnitCost in DYCEIBTSalesUnitCostCalcMgt.

Creating a Prepaid Service balance line on a sales invoice now depends on the Service Date of each time recording being within the validity of the Prepaid Service Ledger Entry, instead of the invoice's Posting Date. An invoice covering only work performed within the validity period now always uses up the available credit, regardless of when it is posted; on a mixed invoice, the balance line covers only the eligible time recordings. The Work Order and Time Recording API pages have been extended with additional fields (budgeting, estimation, external-system linkage and lifecycle state for Work Orders; Job Ledger Entry, Work Type and Budget Planning Line for Time Recordings), and new read-only API pages are available for Work Order Lines, Work Order Status (external), Job Types, Resources, Attendances and Sales Lines, so external reporting and controlling tools can build complete Work Order, resource and attendance reports without direct database access.

Changing the Line Type of a Project Planning Line from Budget to Billable is now blocked once a time recording has been created for it, and changing it from Billable to Budget is blocked once the line was automatically created by DYCE from a posted time recording; previously only the latter direction was restricted, leaving lines that could no longer be invoiced. Changing, adding or removing a dimension on a sales line now updates the connected Project Tasks accordingly, so time recordings on those tasks can still be posted after a dimension value used previously becomes blocked. (SD-221)
Renamed the Project Task Description from Sales Line field on the Project Setup page to Project Task per Sales Line and clarified its tooltip to describe the actual grouping behavior.
