Features and Fixes for Connector for Jira & Jira Service Management, Feature Suite for Subscription Billing, Price List Import and Project Billing.

DYCE Connector for Jira & Jira Service Management 2026.7.2.0

Business Central administrators can now define the complete Jira Assets structure (schemas, object types, and attributes) directly in Business Central and push it to Jira without requiring manual setup in Jira first. The defined structure serves as the binding contract for all subsequent data synchronisation between BC entities and Jira Asset objects.
Empty field values on BC records can now reliably reset corresponding fields on the Jira entity. Previously, empty values were always replaced by a configured default value, preventing fields from being cleared.

Comment lines in Customer Subscription Contracts can now be assigned to specific contract lines and are automatically transferred to the corresponding lines on contract invoices.

When creating an item from a Catalog Item line via the "Create Item" action, the Currency Code is now correctly transferred to the Purchase Price List. (SD-438)

Project Tasks and Planning Lines can now be created directly from Customer Subscription Contracts and Subscriptions using a dedicated action and page. A new Source Type field on Project Tasks indicates whether the task originates from a Contract or a Subscription.
The date and resource of additional services are now printed in the detailed overview on posted invoices.
Customer No. and Project No. are now visible on the Work Order card under "Show more".
The Sell-to Customer Sales History fact box now includes Projects and Work Orders cues, providing a quick overview of how many projects and work orders are linked to a customer.
Additional Service fields (Project Task No., Planning Line No., and Description) are now visible by default on time recording pages.
The Disable Surcharges flag is now directly accessible on the Work Order Details and Project Task Details time recordings sub-page.
A comprehensive set of read-only API pages is now available in Project Billing, providing OData access to time recording, Work Order, and project-related data for external reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
The start and end time validation for surcharge models has been improved: an error is now only shown when Duration is not zero, a surcharge model applies, and either Start Time or End Time is empty.

Running "Create Project Sales Invoices" for project planning lines without a Sales Order no longer triggers a spurious notification about changing the customer. (SD-109)
The Work Order filter by Resource Group in Project Billing Approval now correctly limits displayed work orders to the selected resource group. (SD-414)
