DYCE API Connector for Dataverse 2026.10.0.0​

Features​

  • Person contacts have a new field Status with the options Active and Inactive. The status is shown on the Contact Card and is synchronized with Dynamics Sales in both directions. When a contact becomes inactive, it is removed as Primary Contact from all customers and vendors and can no longer be used on documents or as primary contact; existing documents stay unchanged. The Contacts list shows only active contacts by default. Company contacts are always active.

  • The request pages of Batch Post Sales Orders and Batch Post Sales Invoices have a new field Document Date. When a date is entered and Replace Document Date is set, it replaces the document date of every posted document. Entering a date sets Replace Document Date automatically; if Default VAT Date in the General Ledger Setup is set to Document Date, the VAT Date is filled in as well.

Fixes​

  • The logo is now printed on a sales shipment when the first line has a quantity of zero and Hide lines with zero quantity is turned off. (SD-591)

DYCE Feature Suite for Subscription Billing 2026.10.0.0​

Features​

  • A customer subscription contract with a different currency than the sales document can now be assigned in Add to Customer Subscription Contract. The subscription lines are created and converted into the contract currency; Target Currency Factor and Target Currency Factor Date are determined automatically, stored on the sales subscription lines, and updated again at shipment. The new action Exchange Rate Subscription Lines on the sales order and sales quote lines sets a specific exchange rate, which is then marked as Target Currency Factor Manually Adjusted and no longer updated automatically. DYCE Project Billing 2026.10.0.0​

Features​

  • Released time recordings can now be posted only up to a chosen service date. The new field Date Filter When Posting in the Projects Setup controls whether the date in Consider Time Recordings up to (previously Show Time Recordings up to) on Project Billing (Approval) and Project Billing Overview is applied when posting. With Apply, only time recordings up to that date are posted, and the quantity to invoice of project planning lines and work order lines with the service billing types Time & Material and Budget is calculated from the time recordings and can no longer be edited directly. New installations use Apply; existing installations keep the previous behavior with Ignore. Switching the setting recalculates the quantity to invoice after a confirmation. See the Project Billing (Approval) documentation for details.
  • The automatic posting of time recordings in the job queue supports a date formula in the Parameter String of the job queue entry, for example -CM-1D for the last day of the previous month. Only time recordings with a service date up to the calculated date are posted. The filter is applied when Date Filter When Posting is set to Apply. See the Job Queue documentation for details.
  • Time recordings can now be posted from Project Billing (Approval) when Use Work Order Posting is turned off. In this case, time recordings are grouped by project task, even when they are linked to a work order; the link to the work order is kept.
  • The project lines in Project Billing (Approval) show the totals Time Recordings Open, Time Recordings Released, Qty. Billable Open and Billable Released of all time recordings in the project and sales order group. Choosing the number opens the time recordings. Release, Reopen and Post on a project line process all time recordings of that group. See the Project Billing (Approval) documentation for details.
  • The Attendances list shows the new field Net Duration (Hours), the worked time without breaks. The previous duration fields are renamed to Gross Duration and Gross Duration (Hours), and the new field Total Break Duration shows the sum of all breaks. The net duration and the total break duration are also available in the attendance API.
  • The Work Order Card shows the No. field for new work orders when the number series allows manual numbers, so a work order number can be entered manually or selected from a number series, as on other Business Central documents. (SD-568)
  • The request page of Project Create Sales Invoice has a new field VAT Date, which is applied to all created sales invoices. The field is shown when VAT Date Usage in the General Ledger Setup is enabled.
